By enrolling in any of our training programs, you agree to the following Return and Refund policy:

• Full Refund within 3 Days: Payments made in cash or installments are fully refundable within 3 days from the date of reservation. No refund requests will be accepted after 3 days.
  
  
• No Refunds within 14 Days: Reservations made within 14 days before the start of the diploma are not eligible for a refund.
  
  
• Purpose: This policy ensures the academy does not incur losses from non-serious clients, as the instructor's fee is paid in advance and a seat is reserved.

• استرجاع كامل خلال 3 أيام: يمكن استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة (كاش أو بالتقسيط) بالكامل خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الحجز. لا يتم قبول أي طلب استرجاع بعد مرور 3 أيام.
  
  
• عدم وجود استرجاع خلال 15 يومًا: في حال تم الحجز قبل أقل من 15 يومًا من بدء الدبلومة، لا يمكن استرداد المبلغ.
  
  
• الغرض: تهدف هذه السياسة إلى حماية الأكاديمية من العملاء غير الجادين، حيث يتم دفع مستحقات المدرب مقدمًا ويتم حجز مقعد مخصص للمتدرب.
