By enrolling in any of our training programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
- Course Type: All courses offered are online and can be accessed through our learning platform or via Zoom application, depending on the nature of the program.
- Access Duration: Lifetime access is granted upon full payment and enrollment in any course.
- Usage Policy: Sharing your login credentials or account with any third party is strictly prohibited. Any violations will result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.
- Content Protection: Copying, downloading, or redistributing course content is not allowed under any circumstances. Legal action will be taken in case of content leakage, and the user’s account will be permanently banned.
- Certificates: All students are entitled to a free certified diploma upon successful completion of the program.

عند التسجيل في أي من برامجنا التعليمية، فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية:
- نوع المحتوى: جميع الكورسات المقدمة من خلال الموقع هي كورسات أونلاين، يمكن الوصول إليها من خلال منصة الأكاديمية أو تطبيق زووم Zoom، حسب طبيعة البرنامج.
- مدة الوصول: يحصل المتدرب على صلاحية وصول غير محدودة (مدى الحياة) للمحتوى بعد إتمام عملية الشراء.
- سياسة الاستخدام: يُمنع تمامًا مشاركة الحساب أو بيانات الدخول الخاصة بك مع أي طرف ثالث. وفي حال اكتشاف ذلك، تحتفظ الإدارة بحقها في إيقاف الحساب نهائيًا دون إشعار.
- حقوق المحتوى: يُحظر نسخ أو تحميل أو إعادة توزيع المحتوى بأي شكل من الأشكال. في حال تم تسريب أي جزء من المحتوى، سيتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، وسيتم حظر الحساب فورًا.
- الشهادات: يحصل المتدرب على شهادة مجانية معتمدة من الأكاديمية بعد اجتياز البرنامج التدريبي.
